All units are equipped with air conditioning, refrigerator, cookware, plates, cutlery, and glasses.
The listed price includes VAT, hot and cold running water, electricity (220V), gas, and parking for one car.
Prices include beach service: 1 umbrella and 2 sun loungers per bungalow. Bed linen, pillowcases, tablecloths, various linens, and the local tourist tax are not included.
On the day of arrival, beach service is not included.
* Weekly bookings are accepted with arrival on Saturday or Sunday after 5:00 PM and departure on Saturday or Sunday by 10:00 AM, upon payment of a deposit of approximately 30% of the total stay.
The balance must be paid the day after arrival between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM. A security deposit of € 50.00 is required and will be refunded upon departure after inspection by the management.
Final cleaning: studio €50.00, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments € 50.00 (mandatory).
Minimum stay: one week.
For guests with pets only: sanitation fee € 70.00.
